This ham holder includes a swivel grip that allows to turn the ham leg without pulling the leg out of the holder. Easy and convenient . Cured Spanish ham or “Jamon” is truly a Spanish culinary classic. The placement of the leg in the ham holder will depend on how you are going to consume the leg.
