Premium 2pc Carving Set from Viking Professional Cutlery. Olive wood handles from approximately 100 yr old wood. Special care is required. Don't submerge in water, hand dry after hand washing and periodically condition handle with mineral oil or linseed oil, etc.

These durable quality cutlery are made from high-carbon-chromium-vanadium stainless steel, with hot-drop forged method of manufacture and one-piece, full tang construction. Hand-made in Solingen, Germany. Triple-rivet construction.

Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Olive wood handles require special care as covered in use and care instructions to qualify for lifetime warranty, as not using proper care is not a manufacturing defect.
