I bought this set of 4 ZX ceramic steak knives after being impressed by a pair of Kyocera ceramic knives. I liked my Kyocera so much that I wanted more ceramic knives!Pros:+ Handles are very well formed, and I really appreciate that the blade isn't on the same horizontal-plane as the grip - thus allowing for easier cutting.+ They look BOSS in black!+ The knife blade is really thick, which makes it much less prone to chipping if you drop it, or hit it on the counter top.Cons:- Not quite as sharp as a Kyocera (maybe it's the nature of being a steak knife?).- At a cost of $25 per knife, they aren't exactly cheap, but they are built very well.If you don't mind spending ~$100 for a set of 4 knives, then I can recommend this product.

My family is a family of carnivors! We love our steak, it doesn't matter if its Ribeye, New York Strip, Flat Iron, or Chuck. These knives cut through it like it was all aged Tenderloin or softened butter. They are as beautiful as they are sharp. Not recommended for families with young children, I would even keep an eye on your teenagers. They are that sharp. Like all ceramics extra care needs to be taken when cleaning and storage. Handwash and a good knife block is highly reccomended. The Kapoosh Universal Rod block works great! No slots just stick them in where ever you want.

These knives are wonderful! Extremely sharp and very attractive. They also have a larger handle than most steak knives making them more comfortable to use and easier to handle. I have owned a ceramic kitchen knife in the past and just loved it. I've always wanted to own another one but found them very expensive. Ceramic knife prices have gone down over the years making them much more affordable. These knives are well worth the price.
