There are plenty of great knives at half the price or less, but this is an extremely special piece of cutlery that is arguably worth its exorbitant price. If you use a knife every day, you want it to get sharp, stay sharp and put a smile on your face. It's cliché to say so, but this thing feels like an extension of your hand. You don't need it, but you will love it.

The best knife I have ever used.

I recommend this knife to anyone, whether a chef or at home cook. This thing is so smooth and sharp, the handle is very ergonomic, and the size is perfect. The price is a little high, but is so worth the cost when you get the knife.
